Shipping & Delivery

Our team is dedicated to shipping and delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer many shipping options for you to choose from. However shipping is generally free within the contiguous U.S (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded) if you sign up for a monthly subscription.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours before departing our warehouse for shipment. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. PST will not be processed until the following business day.

If your products are shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, they may incur additional shipping charges depending on the weight of the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If an item has been marked as undeliverable, lost, or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the shipping courier. Aonian is not responsible for packages that have been signed for by the customer confirming receipt.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).

If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package's initial arrival.

Credit Card Authorization Form

In order to protect customers from fraudulent activity, we may request you to complete a credit card authorization form if your order is of high value, and the shipping and billing addresses do not match. We currently accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express.

International

If you select a shipping option that does not clearly specify “duties and taxes included” on the checkout page, Aonian is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees. Taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer to your local Customs/Broker office.

Aonianis not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.

If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, Aonian is not responsible and reserves the right to not provide a refund. 

Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.​
